Terms of Service
Trishoolin House Australia · Australia · Effective 2026-05-01
By using Trishoolin House Australia (“the site”) you agree to these Terms. The site is operated by Trishoolin House Pty Ltd, registered in Sydney, Australia. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are in AUD. GST (10%) included in displayed prices. Prices, availability, and promotions can change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if the item is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an already-paid order, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
An order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email; a payment confirmation alone is not acceptance. The order acceptance email forms the contract between you and us.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment partners (Stripe, Razorpay, or other approved processors). We do not store full card details. By submitting a payment you authorise the processor to charge the amount shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
See our Shipping Policy for details on delivery timelines, carriers, and costs. Delivery is to the address you provide; we are not liable for failed delivery to incorrect addresses.
5. Returns & refunds
We offer a 21-day returns window for most products. See Refunds & Returns for full terms.
6. Intellectual property
Site design, logos, copy, and curated lists are © 2026 Trishoolin House Pty Ltd. Book covers, descriptions, and related metadata remain the property of their respective publishers and authors.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes.
- Scrape, automatically harvest, or bulk-download our catalog.
- Bypass or abuse rate limits, security controls, or other technical safeguards.
- Submit fraudulent orders or chargeback abuse.
- Resell tickets or vouchers issued by us without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example, statutory consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010)).
9. Privacy
Our handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation will be heard exclusively by the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top records the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms; if you don’t agree, please stop using the site.
12. Contact
